Clerici Tessuto Collection
The different motifs of our SS/20 Collections play on contrasts and harmonies.
Antica Sensualità is lush with sheer, veiled fabrics, like crépon and seersucker, bold embossed details and fil coupé, made from silk blended with cotton or viscose and features flowing, original finishes.
Rustico Zen is made up of fabrics featuring a slightly slubbed texture in linen or shantung with simple designs that are reminiscent of traditional Japan.
City Runner consists of denim-inspired fabrics and jacquard designs, yet with unexpected compositions and an unusual fluid feel to present a new take on metropolitan jeans.
Gipsy Chic is loaded with powerful colour that creates a rich motif over the fabrics and designs. The accents are vintage, yet exude extremely current style.
Multi-cultural Generation evolves through a rational mix of ethnic motifs from different places, with different weaving techniques used to guarantee diverse and distinct cultural and ethnic identities.
Aurora boreale sees contemporary fabrics distinguished by bright, shiny technical yarns, dense, thick feels and designs that seem to fade and move.
This is a multi-faceted collection in which several identities coexist: romantic and delicate with vintage allure, bold and ironic with a nod towards the menswear world, or with ethnic and ultra-graphic details. The common thread running throughout the products is a light, colourful and youthful feel, in keeping with the fashion consumers of the new millennium.
The inclusion of FSC-certified pieces and recycled fibres is linked to the environmental sustainability process undertaken by Clerici Tessuto and is aimed at the avant-garde creations of luxury brands.
The vast Clerici Tessuto Archive provided the source of inspiration for this collection, a fundamental tool for research and design.
New Tess Collection
The New Tess Collection consists of striking motifs, such as new geometries with bright colours and cubist designs – that are only partly softened by light, “scratched” marks – and is aimed at a dynamic, avant-garde audience that does not want to sacrifice the quality and fine material feel of jacquard.
Tropical, summery touches can be glimpsed in the watercolours with tones that bring sea green and flamingo pink to mind. The ethnic motif is another on-trend, geometric theme that comes with a colour palette poised between neutral and warm hues that are paired in entirely untraditional ways. In every theme, the synergy between the prints and the jacquard matches the designs and colours.
