The new Larusmiani Tessuti Fall Winter 2022-2023 Collection aims to mark a break with division’s past. Our signature cottons for suits and trousers are complemented by other fibres and materials, to offer a total look sample collection.
The range of sustainable fabrics is extended, from cotton GOTS in piece-dyed and yarn-dyed, to organic wools mixed with cotton and innovative wool and bamboo coats.
The collection is based on the concept of reinterpreting vintage: colours and designs from the 70s are proposed in a modern context; fabrics with a Shetland look, made from lambswool and cotton blends, are processed by applying membranes and coatings to give an outwear look with high technical performance.
Chevrons, micro damiè and very fine false plain in melange cotton are paired to give the possibility to realize very light water-soluble double-face jackets and play with the different possible combinations.
Lightness is a common theme of this season and also characterises the wool flannels, proposed in an innovative printing technique that allows for the creation of double-face effects on extremely light weights
Larusmiani’s classic cottons are enriched with more noble blends, such as silk, for extremely rich and sophisticated outerwear.
Finally, the coat proposal features macro chevron and twill work in linen and cotton and the use of wool mixed with bamboo, for extremely stylistic and newly conceived coats.
